Biography
Mark has worked for more than seventeen years in the legal, accountancy, taxation, and advisory fields. Until he joined the firm, Mark was the Director of Regulation and Standards at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
Mark has experience in cross-border tax planning, tax treaty law, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisition, tax litigation, regulatory compliance, forensic investigation and related fields. He previously worked as an auditor and tax advisor at PKF Uganda.
