Biography
Saad is a partner and head of the litigation department of the firm. Saad joined the firm in 2013 and has grown through the ranks to become a partner.
He was part of the litigation team that successfully represented Goodman Agencies in a UGX 26.4 billion matter against the Government of Uganda. He continues to advise Hass Petroleum (U) Ltd and Moil (U) Ltd, and forms part of the legal team advising on the USD 225 million Kampala Industrial and Business Park development in Namanve.
